HP Redesign —

The vision for the HP revamp was focused on navigational, inspirational, data-driven, personalized, flexible, and beautiful.

The goal was to revisit Crate and Barrel’s HP and design system to set them up for future success in the following areas: inspiring, driving to top categories, creating more flexibility within the design system, and a deep dive into a Baymard UX audit.

Skills I brought to the table: Visual Design, Wireframing, Image Curation and Design System

Outcomes —

The conversion rate increased by 23%. Customer Retention rate increased by 18%.
